Arman has strong audit experience in the financial industry sector of Central Asia (banks, insurance companies, pension funds and other financial institutions).

While working at Ernst & Young 1995 and Deloitte 2002, Arman was involved in assurance engagements with number of large companies including "KazKommertsBank" JSC, "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC, "BankTuranAlem" JSC, "BankCenterCredit" JSC, "UlarUmit" (pension fund) JSC, "GNPF" JSC (pension fund), "National Bank of Kazakhstan", "House Saving Bank" JSC, "Development Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC, "Nomad Insurance", "Nomad Life", "Central Bank of Uzbekistan", "National Bank of Kyrgyz Republic", "KazMunaiGaz" JSC, "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" JSC(National Railway Operator), "Phillip Morris" (Tobacco Company) and many others.

Arman has significant industry experience. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Arman has been engaged as Chief Audit Executive of one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan. As the CAE, he was responsible for the improvement of internal audit function, and for the development of recommendations to improve the risk management system in the bank and other duties.
