"The most of LLP in Kazakhstan cope their owners, completely or proponent supervising the business. For these businessmen the phrase "corporate governance" is, most likely, "fashionable" western expression which is applicable only for large corporations, banks and the national companies. By and large, they are right as neither the legislation, nor world practice don’t establish requirements and recommendations about corporate governance in the similar companies.

However in our country becomes more the medium-sized and large companies which owners plan to depart from daily management and to concentrate on strategic development of the company, including, but, without being limited, carrying out IPO. Businessmen trust to hired directors to manage of their companies, sometimes offering them a small share in business".
