1. Advisory Senior Specialist

Services provided by the Department:

  • Operational Advisory Services (operational improvement, governance and risk management, internal audit, etc.)
  • Transaction services (due diligence)


Knowledge and technical skills:

  • On-hands experience with any of the services written above
  • Information collection and analysis skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Project management skills
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with MS Office and accounting software (e.g. 1C, SAP)
  • Russian – native/fluent, English – advanced/fluent (both oral and written)
  • Kazakh and other language knowledge is an advantage


Education and experience:

  • Higher education (Kazakh or equivalent) preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • 3+ years work experience in consulting or industry
  • ACCA / CPA / CFA papers passed is an advantage
  • Work experience in management consulting is an advantage


Soft skills:

  • Established communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to operate in multitask environment
  • Business writing skills (both in Russian and in English)


Other requirements:

  • Ability to work overtime and meet tough deadlines
  • Willingness to travel




2. Outsourcing Requirements



  • Professional communication with Client, positive attitude to the Client
  • Managing team of subordinate accountants, collaboration with team members (knowledge-sharing, support)
  • Work with primary accounting documents of clients in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and according to the client needs, accounting for commercial organizations (full support), restoration of accounting records of the clients
  • Preparation of the corporate reporting for the clients according to IFRS/US GAAP/etc.
  • Preparation of the regular tax and other statutory reporting of the clients
  • Consultation of the clients
  • Serving as liaison on consultation of the clients on legal matters



  • The Higher economic education
  • Work experience on the position of Chief Accountant/Deputy Chief Accountant in preferably international companies in Kazakhstan for a period of 5 years and more
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Good knowledge of Labor Code
  • Fair writing and oral skills of English
  • Confident user of 1C, the Cabinet of the taxpayer/SONO
  • Confident user of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
  • Diploma of professional accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Knowledge of IFRS (US GAAP is preferable)
  • Basic knowledge of civic code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Adequacy, attentiveness, responsibility, stress resistance
